Great choice to stay here. Very convenient, good location, nice room. Staff is very friendly .

酒店乾净，服务也不错，我们一早提前寄存了行李就出门玩了，晚上9点多才回来办理入住，被告知，行李都已经帮我们搬到房间了。早餐很丰盛，且服务人员非常友好。酒店住着也挺安静。酒店离火车站，T2车站都很近，在新圣母大殿附近，周围还有SMN香水品牌的店，总之，满意！

这个酒店比我想象中好很多
面积很大，至少説可以摊下好几个行李箱我自认为在欧洲这个价格就算很好了
窗户很大很大，但是光景不太好是真的

如前面评论所説，楼下就是超市和有轨电车，前往市中心火车站非常方便！
房间设施齐全整洁，餐厅无论零点还是早餐自助都出品超赞！
不到700一晚的价格，在欧洲太值了，超级推荐！

ホテルは駅からとても近かったので、スーツケースを楽に运ぶことができ、とても便利でした。また、観光地にもかなり近く、観光の拠点として非常に使いやすかったです。朝ごはんはとても美味しく、特にカプチーノが絶品でした。部屋は清洁感がもう少しあれば良いと感じましたが、快适に过ごすことができました。

Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great hotel , high standards.. it’s not easy to stay a hotel like this in Italy .. all amenity and stuff was great, specially the receptionist gentleman’s very helpful .
