Great choice to stay here. Very convenient, good location, nice room. Staff is very friendly .

酒店乾凈，服務也不錯，我們一早提前寄存了行李就出門玩了，晚上9點多才回來辦理入住，被告知，行李都已經幫我們搬到房間了。早餐很豐盛，且服務人員非常友好。酒店住著也挺安靜。酒店離火車站，T2車站都很近，在新圣母大殿附近，周圍還有SMN香水品牌的店，總之，滿意！

面積很大，至少説可以攤下好幾個行李箱我自認為在歐洲這個價格就算很好了

如前面評論所説，樓下就是超市和有軌電車，前往市中心火車站非常方便！
房間設施齊全整潔，餐廳無論零點還是早餐自助都出品超贊！
不到700一晚的價格，在歐洲太值了，超級推薦！

ホテルは駅からとても近かったので、スーツケースを楽に運ぶことができ、とても便利でした。また、観光地にもかなり近く、観光の拠點として非常に使いやすかったです。朝ごはんはとても美味しく、特にカプチーノが絶品でした。部屋は清潔感がもう少しあれば良いと感じましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。

Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great hotel , high standards.. it’s not easy to stay a hotel like this in Italy .. all amenity and stuff was great, specially the receptionist gentleman’s very helpful .
